Partner programme terms

1. Programme overview

The JobSheet partner programme lets approved partners earn commission when they refer new paying customers using a tracked referral page (/ref/{slug}/). Participation is by invitation or approved application only.

2. Commission

  • You earn 50% of each paid subscription invoice for your referral’s first three paid months after their free trial.
  • No commission is paid during the free trial or on invoices after the third paid month.
  • Commission is calculated on the subscription amount billed (core plan and extra seats on that invoice).
  • Custom branding is excluded from commission while it is free under the referred-customer perk.

3. Reversals, set-off and investigation

If a referred customer’s invoice is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed, however long afterwards. A reversed commission is set off against future commission. Where there is no future commission to set it against, the reversed amount is recoverable as a debt.

We may withhold a payment while we investigate unusual activity. Unpaid commission is forfeited where a partner is terminated for fraudulent or artificial referrals.

4. Payouts

  • We pay on the 1st of every month, by bank transfer, for everything that cleared the month before. You do not need to request a payout.
  • Each commission becomes payable once its own invoice is paid (plus any extra hold we may apply). The monthly run is the usual buffer.
  • Payouts are made by manual bank transfer (FPS or BACS). You must provide accurate UK bank details before the 1st or you will miss that month’s run.

5. Promotion rules

  • Do not use coupon sites, cashback aggregators, or misleading “official discount” pages.
  • Do not bid on JobSheet trademarks in paid search without written consent.
  • Do not spam or use unsolicited bulk email.
  • Posts that use a referral link must start with the word Ad, so people can tell it is a paid promotion before they tap to read more.
  • You must not refer workspaces you own or control, or sign up on behalf of others.

6. Complimentary JobSheet

While your partner account is active, we may provide complimentary JobSheet on the workspace URL you give us when you apply. That typically includes the core subscription, custom branding, Xero, and five extra users so you can use JobSheet and demo it. Extra seats beyond five are by agreement. Complimentary access is for your own workspace, not a substitute for referring other businesses.

Aim for at least two posts a month that promote JobSheet. We review activity monthly. If posting drops off, we may review, suspend, or end complimentary access. This is not an automated cut-off.

7. Approval and termination

We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any partner at our discretion. Referral links work only while your account is active. These terms may change; material changes will be communicated to active partners.
