Affiliate programme terms

1. Programme overview

The JobSheet affiliate programme lets approved partners earn commission when they refer new paying customers using a tracked referral page (/ref/{slug}/). Participation is by invitation or approved application only.

2. Commission

You earn 50% of each paid subscription invoice for your referral’s first three paid months after the free 30-day trial.
No commission is paid during the free trial or on invoices after the third paid month.
Commission is calculated on the subscription amount billed (core plan and extra seats on that invoice).
Custom branding is excluded from commission while it is free under the referred-customer perk.

3. Clawback

If a referred customer’s invoice is refunded or charged back within 30 days of payment, the related commission is reversed. We may suspend or terminate partners who generate fraudulent or low-quality referrals.

4. Payouts

Commission is accrued when invoices are paid, then becomes available after the referral’s three-paid-month window closes and the 30-day clawback period has passed on the last commission.
Minimum payout request: £25.
Payouts are made by manual bank transfer (FPS or BACS). You must provide accurate bank details.
We aim to process approved payout requests within a reasonable period; timing is not guaranteed.

5. Promotion rules

Do not use coupon sites, cashback aggregators, or misleading “official discount” pages.
Do not bid on JobSheet trademarks in paid search without written consent.
Do not spam or use unsolicited bulk email.
Disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g. ASA guidance in the UK).

6. Approval and termination

We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any partner at our discretion. Referral links work only while your account is active. These terms may change; material changes will be communicated to active partners.
