What £15 plus £5 per login includes
The workspace price covers the owner login, customers, job sheets, the work schedule, quotes, invoices, Companies House import, and reports. Each extra staff login is £5/month. Optional custom branding is another £5/month. That is the full monthly price: simple, published upfront, with no hidden charges.

Per-user vs job-credit pricing
Most UK trade tools charge one of two ways. Per-user seats multiply the full plan price by every login, so the fifth engineer costs the same as the first. Job credits cap how many new jobs you can raise each month and push you up a tier in a busy season. JobSheet uses a workspace plus extra logins model: the workspace rate stays flat and each login is £5, so neither headcount nor a busy month moves you onto a different plan.

Is there a free trial?

What happens after the trial?
You subscribe at the workspace rate plus extra logins. Cancel from Workspace billing if it is not the right fit.
Do field staff cost the same as office staff?
Yes. Each extra login is £5/month, whether they are field staff or office staff. Roles change what they can see, not the seat price.
