1. About us
Jobsheet.uk (the Service) is a software platform operated by Grah.uk Software ( we, us, our), a UK-based software business trading under that name.
These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Jobsheet.uk is cloud-based software designed to help trade businesses manage:
- Job scheduling and diaries
- Job sheets and work orders
- Customer and site information
- Team allocation and job tracking
- Related administrative workflows
We provide software only. We do not provide trade services, employ your staff, or act as an intermediary between you and your customers.
3. Account registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree that:
- All information you provide is accurate and kept up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account
- You will notify us immediately of any unauthorised use
4. Subscriptions and payment
Some parts of the Service require payment.
- Fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Prices are shown at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law
We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- Introduce malicious software or disrupt the Service
- Misrepresent your identity or business
- Use the Service in a way that could damage or overload it
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
6. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of all job, customer, and scheduling data entered into the Service
- Verifying assignments and schedules before acting on them
- Ensuring your employees or users use the Service correctly
- Maintaining your own operational checks and export routines where necessary
We do not guarantee information in the Service is error-free or suitable as your only basis for operational decisions.
7. Service availability, resilience and support
We design and operate the Service with reliability in mind, including managed cloud infrastructure, production monitoring, and continuity controls. We use Cloudflare services and publish a status page for service updates.
- Production data is backed up, including point-in-time recovery capability for supported data stores
- Source code and infrastructure changes are maintained under version control with change history
- We monitor service health and investigate incidents as quickly as reasonably possible
However, no hosted software can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not provide a guaranteed uptime commitment under these Terms, and the Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party provider issues, or technical faults.
8. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the Service (including software, design, and branding) belong to Grah.uk Software or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
9. Customer data and privacy
You retain ownership of data you input into the Service.
By using the Service, you authorise us to:
- Store and process your data to provide the Service
- Create and retain backup copies for resilience and recovery
- Transmit data as required for normal operation and support
We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Confidentiality and security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect customer data. You are responsible for securing your credentials, endpoints, and internal user access.
If we become aware of a material security incident affecting your data, we will notify you in line with applicable legal requirements.
11. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, email, payments, and infrastructure). We are not responsible for failures solely attributable to third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses (including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity)
- We are not liable for losses arising from data entry errors, misuse of the Service, or failure to follow instructions
- Our total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
13. No warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will always be corrected within a specific timeframe
- The Service will meet all of your specific business requirements
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You breach these Terms
- Payment is overdue
- We must do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons
You may stop using the Service at any time.
15. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
