Is JobSheet mobile friendly?
Yes. JobSheet works on any modern phone. Install it to your home screen (PWA) for quick access from the van.
Can I send invoices from JobSheet?
You can create quotes and invoices with line items, link them to job sheets, and track draft, sent, and paid status. When customer notifications are on, JobSheet emails an HTML summary of quotes and invoices to the customer. PDF attachments and card payment links are not in the current release.
How does pricing work?

Do you integrate with Companies House?
Yes. Search UK companies by name or number, import registered details and invoice address, and refresh the profile later from the customer record.

Who is JobSheet for?

Is there a JobSheet app?
Yes. On iPhone you can install JobSheet from the App Store (push notifications and a today jobs widget) or add it to your home screen from Safari as a progressive web app (PWA). Does JobSheet work offline?
Yes, in a limited way. Install JobSheet as a PWA on the phone and sign in online at least once. The installed app then lets you browse cached customers, job sheets, and schedule without signal and add job notes that queue until you reconnect. The mobile browser can do the same after an online visit; we recommend the home-screen install for engineers. New jobs, quotes, invoices, and photo uploads still need a connection. Can I add photos to a job sheet?
Yes. Upload photos and files on each job sheet or customer profile. Phone photos are resized before upload. See our photos and attachments feature page for typical uses and file types.
Can I import my existing customers?
You can add customers manually or import UK limited companies from Companies House. Bulk CSV import is not in the current release.
How do team logins and pricing work together?
Your workspace includes the owner. Each extra engineer or office login is billed per seat on top of the base subscription. See pricing for a live total for your team size.
Can field staff see invoices and quotes?
No. Field staff can use jobs, customers, schedule, notes, and support. Office staff and the workspace admin can access quotes, invoices, and reports. Choose the role when you invite someone from Workspace settings.
Can I set up repeating job visits?
Yes. When you create a job sheet, set a job date and time, tick Repeat, choose daily/weekly/monthly frequency, pick weekdays for weekly patterns, and set a required end date. JobSheet creates one job sheet per visit on Work Schedule. See our how-to guide on creating recurring job sheets.
