Save as you go on settings and everyday job fields, office staff can manage the workspace subscription, and how-to guides now show real screenshots.

Save as you go
Change a setting or an everyday job field and JobSheet saves when you pause. Saving then Saved appears next to the field you changed, with a green tick. That covers Subscription Yes/No and extra seats, Workspace company and branding colours, Your account name and email, Actual visit on a job, and works-order intake and schedule. Password, Stripe Checkout, a new job, and advanced edit still use an explicit Save.

Office staff can manage the subscription
Office staff now see Subscription and can add a card, change add-ons, and open the billing portal. Field staff still cannot. Workspace settings, branding, and transferring admin stay with the workspace admin.

How-to guides with real screenshots
Most how-to guides now show the real JobSheet screens, on a computer and on a phone, so you can match the steps to what you see. Industry pages show the week schedule on a computer and the job on site on a phone. Search those guides from Support in the app.
