Job sheets & site completion
Each visit is a job sheet with title, description, status, assignee, and optional site address. Track open, in progress, done, finished, or cancelled from the van or office.
Work schedule & diary
Mon–Sun week view with prev/next navigation. Dashboard shows today. Subscribe to an ICS calendar feed (Mine or Everyone) for Apple Calendar, Outlook, or Google.
Customers & Companies House
Add UK companies from Companies House or people manually. Import registered office and invoice address, optional trading name, and link directors as contacts.
Quotes & invoices
QUO/INV/CN numbering, per-line VAT, deposit and final invoicing, credit notes, email and print. Confirm accepted quotes into job sheets, then invoice when work is done.
Job notes & comments
Notes on customers and job sheets stay on the record. Recent notes appear on the dashboard; optional reminder dates show on the schedule.
Photos & attachments
Upload photos and files to job sheets and customers. Large phone images are resized before upload so site photos stay with the job.
Team logins
Invite engineers and office staff to your workspace. Assign each job sheet to a team member so everyone sees their own run.
Mobile app & PWA
Install the PWA to your home screen. After one online sign-in, browse cached jobs and queue notes offline, then sync when back online. Bottom tabs and refresh in the installed app.
