Job sheet software for UK trades
Job sheet software for UK trades
JobSheet is online job sheet software for UK trade teams: digital job sheets with scheduling, notes, and invoicing on the same customer record.
In JobSheet, each piece of work is a job sheet: one visit, one install, one repair, or one stage of a larger project. Job sheets live in the Job Sheets area and on each customer profile, so office staff and engineers are looking at the same record.
What you can set on each job sheet
- Title — how the job appears in lists and on the schedule
- Description — scope, access notes, or what was agreed on the phone
- Status —
open,in progress, done, orcancelled - Assigned to — tick one or more workspace team members (required). Equal assignees all see the job on dashboard, schedule (Mine), and the iPhone widget, and receive assignment pushes
- Scheduled start and end — optional UK local date/time; used on the Work Schedule and calendar feed
- Site address — use the customer address or enter a custom one-line site address when the job is somewhere else
Creating and updating work
Create a job sheet from the Job Sheets tab or from a customer profile when you are already looking at that client. Open a row to see the full detail view, update status after the visit, and add notes or attachments without starting a new record.
When a quote is confirmed in JobSheet, the app can create a linked job sheet automatically so quoted work carries straight into scheduling.
Recurring visits
For regular work (for example a cleaner every Monday and Friday until an end date), turn on Repeat when you create or schedule a job sheet. JobSheet materialises one job sheet per visit on Work Schedule, each with its own status, notes, and photos. See Create recurring job sheets.
Filter by stage
The Job Sheets list includes a Stage filter for works orders and active jobs: needs scheduling, awaiting reply, paperwork, ready to send, and more. See Filter job sheets by stage.
On site
Engineers open the assigned job sheet from Job Sheets or Schedule, read the description and site address, add notes or photos, and mark the job done when finished. The office sees the same status on desktop without chasing updates by phone.
