Notes on customers and job sheets
JobSheet stores notes on customer profiles and job sheet detail. Notes are visible to everyone in the workspace, so the office can log “client wants PM slots only” and the engineer sees it before driving to site.
Compose a note on the profile or job sheet; it stays with that record instead of living in a private notebook or lost text thread.
Dashboard recent notes
The Dashboard shows recent notes with links back to the customer or job sheet they belong to. That gives the office a quick scan of what the field logged today without opening every job individually.
Reminder dates on the schedule
When you add a note, you can optionally set a reminder date. That note appears on the Work Schedule for that calendar day, alongside scheduled job sheets. Mine on the schedule filters job reminders by assignee; everyone shows all workspace reminders.
