Mobile job sheet app
Use JobSheet as a mobile job sheet app on iPhone or Android. Install to your home screen (PWA) or use our App Store app; after one online sign-in you can browse cached jobs and queue notes when signal drops.
JobSheet is a progressive web app (PWA). On iPhone or Android, use Add to Home Screen / Install app from the browser. Engineers get a full-screen icon that opens straight into your workspace.
Mobile navigation
On a phone, primary navigation is a bottom tab bar:
- Dashboard — today’s timeline
- Customers — directory and profiles
- Work Schedule — week view
- Job Sheets — list and detail
- More — opens the sidebar drawer for Quotes, Invoices, Reports, Workspace, and sign out
The layout uses mobile viewport sizing and safe-area padding so the tab bar sits correctly on notched phones.
Installed app behaviour
When JobSheet runs in standalone mode (installed, not inside Safari/Chrome chrome), a refresh control appears in the top bar next to the workspace title. Use it to reload customers, job sheets, and schedule data when you have signal.
iPhone App Store app
JobSheet is also available as a native iOS app on the App Store. It includes push notifications for job assignments, schedule changes, and team messages, plus a home screen widget for today’s jobs. See Install JobSheet from the App Store and iPhone app features.
Use offline
Install JobSheet as a PWA on each phone (Add to Home Screen). After someone has signed in online at least once, the installed app caches your schedule, customers, and job sheets on the device. In poor signal they can browse that data, add job notes, and clear note reminders; changes queue and sync when they reconnect. A connection banner on the installed app shows when they are viewing saved data.
The same limited offline behaviour is available in the mobile browser after an online visit; we recommend the home-screen install for engineers on site. Offline is a fallback, not a full offline CRM: you cannot create new customers or job sheets, edit quotes or invoices, or upload photos without a connection.
On the van
Open today’s job sheet from the home-screen app, add notes while you are offline, update status when you have signal, and mark done before you drive off. Use refresh in standalone mode after reconnecting to pull the latest schedule.
