Files on job sheets and customers
Each job sheet detail and customer profile has an attachments section. Upload from desktop or phone browser while you are still on site.
Supported uploads include common image types (PNG, JPEG, WebP) and other files within the workspace upload limit.
Phone photos on site
Large photos from a phone camera are resized automatically before upload so you are not waiting on a huge file over mobile signal. Before/after shots, meter cupboard details, and delivery notes stay on the job or customer record for the office to open later.
Who can delete
Workspace members can upload; delete permission follows your workspace role settings on the attachment row.
