Reports summary
The Reports tab loads a workspace summary for the current period:
Counts
- Customers
- Job sheets (total and open)
- Quotes
- Invoices
Amounts (GBP)
- Total of sent or accepted quotes
- Paid invoice total
- Outstanding invoice total
Use this for a quick month-end sense check before you open your accounting package.
CSV export
Download the summary as a CSV file for spreadsheets or your bookkeeper. The export includes the same counts and money totals shown on screen.
Dashboard activity
You do not need Reports open to stay in sync. Dashboard shows KPI counts, recent job sheets, open jobs by assignee, and recent notes so the office sees field activity the same day.
