How to download your JobSheet reports summary (CSV)

Steps

  1. Sign in to your workspace.
  2. Open Reports from the sidebar or More menu.
  3. Wait for the summary to load. You see counts (customers, job sheets, open job sheets, quotes, invoices) and GBP totals (sent/accepted quotes, paid invoices, outstanding invoices).
  4. Choose Download CSV (or the export action on the Reports screen).
  5. Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or send to your bookkeeper.

What is in the CSV

The export matches the on-screen summary: period, currency, counts, and the three money totals. It is a snapshot, not a full transaction ledger.

Tips

  • For day-to-day activity, Dashboard shows recent job sheets and notes without opening Reports.
  • Mark invoices paid when money lands so outstanding totals stay accurate.
