What is in the summary

On screen and in the CSV you see three sections:

Money — GBP totals when applicable:

  • Money in (marked paid) — invoices you marked paid (proforma excluded)
  • Credit notes (issued) — credit notes issued in the period
  • Net money in — paid invoices minus credit notes
  • Waiting to be paid — outstanding sent/draft invoices
  • Overdue — sent invoices past due date
  • Quoted (sent or accepted) — quote pipeline value in the period

Quote to cash — funnel from quotes to paid invoices (on screen only; summary CSV includes the key GBP rows above).

JobsJobs done, Open job sheets, and New customers (customers added in the period). Jobs done counts visits marked Done or Finished.

The CSV uses a customers column for the new-customer count — the same number shown as New customers on screen.

The CSV is a management snapshot, not a full transaction ledger.

Tips

  • Mark invoices paid when money lands so Money in (marked paid) stays accurate. You can add an optional Payment reference (optional) when marking paid.
  • For your bookkeeper, use the dedicated accountant exports (invoice register, VAT period, invoice lines) — see below.
  • Dashboard shows today’s activity without opening Reports.
