How to download your JobSheet reports summary (CSV)
Steps
- Sign in to your workspace.
- Open Reports from the sidebar or More menu.
- Wait for the summary to load. You see counts (customers, job sheets, open job sheets, quotes, invoices) and GBP totals (sent/accepted quotes, paid invoices, outstanding invoices).
- Choose Download CSV (or the export action on the Reports screen).
- Open the file in Excel, Google Sheets, or send to your bookkeeper.
What is in the CSV
The export matches the on-screen summary: period, currency, counts, and the three money totals. It is a snapshot, not a full transaction ledger.
Tips
- For day-to-day activity, Dashboard shows recent job sheets and notes without opening Reports.
- Mark invoices paid when money lands so outstanding totals stay accurate.
