iPhone app coming late 2026

· Updated

Not on the App Store yet

The JobSheet iPhone app is in development and is expected on the App Store in late 2026. You cannot download it today.

That does not stop you using JobSheet on an iPhone. Add it to your home screen from Safari and you get an app icon, a full screen view with no browser bars, and the same jobs, customers, quotes, and invoices as the office sees. See install JobSheet on your phone.

What the iPhone app will add

Everything below is planned for the launch build. None of it is live yet.

Push notifications

Alerts when a job sheet is assigned to you, your job is rescheduled, someone @mentions you in a comment, a teammate comments on a job assigned to you, a note reminder is due, or a customer booking status changes.

Notifications will be grouped by job, with Open job and On my way actions from the lock screen. Categories will be switched on or off under Workspace → Settings → iPhone app.

Home screen and Lock Screen widgets

An Upcoming jobs widget showing today’s assigned jobs and reminders, plus Lock Screen circular and rectangular widgets for your next job.

Live Activity

Your next job on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with a countdown to the start time.

Native camera and directions

The native camera for site photos, and Directions on job detail to open the site in your maps app. You can already add photos and open the site address from the home screen install.

Siri shortcuts and Face ID

“Open my JobSheet schedule” from Siri, and an optional Face ID or Touch ID lock.

The browser and home screen install are not going away

When the iPhone app launches it will sit alongside the web app, not replace it. Desktop users, Android users, and anyone who prefers the browser can carry on exactly as they are. There is no separate Android store app planned.
