JobSheet is available as a native iOS app on the App Store. Sign in with the same email and password as the web app, pick your workspace, and use the full JobSheet CRM on your iPhone.
Push notifications
Get alerts when:
- A job sheet is assigned to you
- Your job is rescheduled
- Someone @mentions you in a comment
- A teammate comments on a job assigned to you
- A note reminder is due
- A customer booking status changes to booked or needs attention
Notifications are grouped by job. Tap Open job or On my way from the lock screen without opening the full app first.
Turn categories on or off under Workspace → Settings → iPhone app.
Home screen and Lock Screen widgets
Add the Upcoming jobs widget to see today’s assigned jobs and reminders. Lock Screen circular and rectangular widgets show your next job at a glance. The widget refreshes when you open JobSheet and after schedule push alerts.
Live Activity
When you have jobs today, JobSheet can show your next job on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island with a countdown to the start time.
Site photos and directions
Use the native camera to attach site photos on a job sheet. Tap Directions on job detail to open the site in your maps app.
Siri shortcuts
Say “Open my JobSheet schedule” or “What’s my next job in JobSheet?” from Siri or the Shortcuts app.
Face ID
Optionally require Face ID or Touch ID to unlock JobSheet after you have signed in.
Browser and PWA still work
The App Store app does not replace the browser or home-screen PWA. Desktop and Android users can keep using JobSheet in the browser.
