Install JobSheet on iPhone (App Store app coming late 2026)
The App Store app is not live yet
The JobSheet iPhone app is in development and is expected on the App Store in late 2026. You cannot download it today, and searching the App Store for JobSheet will not find it.
You do not have to wait to use JobSheet on an iPhone. Install it from Safari instead. It gets a home screen icon, opens full screen without the browser bars, and shows the same jobs, customers, quotes, and invoices as the desktop workspace.
Install from Safari today
- Open Safari on your iPhone and go to your workspace address (for example
yourcompany.jobsheet.uk). - Sign in with your email and password.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow) at the bottom of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. JobSheet now sits on your home screen like any other app.
Full steps with screenshots are in install JobSheet on your phone.
What works on iPhone right now
- Today’s assigned jobs on Home after you sign in
- Job sheets, customers, quotes, and invoices in full
- Notes and site photos on the Job tab
- Actual visit times and Mark done on site
- Browsing cached jobs and queueing notes when signal drops, after one online sign-in
What the App Store app will add
When the iPhone app launches it will add things Safari cannot do:
- Push notifications for job assignments, reschedules, and @mentions
- A home screen and Lock Screen widget showing today’s jobs
- Live Activity with your next job on the Lock Screen
- Face ID lock and Siri shortcuts
There is no separate Android app planned. Android uses the same home screen install from Chrome.
