Filter recurring vs one-off jobs

Use the Repeat dropdown next to Stage:

  • Recurring only — job sheets created from a repeat series
  • One-off only — standard jobs without a series
  • All — everything

See Manage a recurring job series for ending, duplicating, or deleting a series.

Works orders vs standard jobs

Stage filters are most useful for works orders (landlord or agent jobs with a work order reference or required-by date). Standard job sheets without works order fields still appear under All active, Done, and Finished.

See Run a works order workflow for the full seven-step panel.
