How to manage a recurring job series in JobSheet

Open the series page

  1. Open any job sheet that belongs to a recurring series.
  2. In the Recurring series panel, choose View series.
  3. The series page shows the pattern summary, counts (open, done, cancelled), and a list of visits. Tap a row to open that job sheet.

End a series early

When a contract finishes before the original end date:

  1. On the series page, choose End series early.
  2. Confirm. JobSheet sets the series end date and cancels future open visits after that date.
  3. Completed visits and their notes are kept.

Duplicate a series

To copy the same pattern for another start date (for example a new customer with the same weekly rhythm):

  1. On the series page, choose Duplicate series.
  2. Enter the first visit date (YYYY-MM-DD) when prompted.
  3. JobSheet creates a new series with the same frequency, days, and end date, and generates new job sheets.

Delete an entire series (owner)

Workspace owners can remove a series and all its job sheets:

  1. On the series page, choose Delete entire series.
  2. Confirm. All visits in the series are deleted, including their comments.

Use End series early or Remove this visit on a single job sheet when you need to keep history.

Filter the Job Sheets list

  1. Open Job Sheets.
  2. Use the Repeat dropdown next to Stage:
    • All — every job sheet
    • Recurring only — visits created from a series
    • One-off only — jobs without a repeat pattern

Combine with Stage and search to find open recurring visits or completed work.

Works orders

Recurring series are for standard job sheets only. Jobs with works order details use the separate works order workflow and cannot be set to repeat.
