Team logins
One workspace per company
Each company runs on its own subdomain (for example yourcompany.jobsheet.uk). The workspace owner registers the company; additional staff are invited from Team members (phone: More, then Team members; computer: sidebar footer).
Inviting staff
The admin enters email and name, chooses Field staff or Office staff, and JobSheet emails a link to set a password.
- Field staff — jobs, customers, schedule, notes; no quotes, invoices, or reports
- Office staff — commercial work plus jobs (same broad access as the old single “staff” role)
See Invite a team member and Field staff vs office staff.
Transferring workspace admin
To hand the company account to someone else (for example when you set them up and step back), use Make workspace admin on Team members. They must be an active team member first. See Transfer workspace admin.
Assigning work
Every job sheet must be assigned to at least one team member. Tick multiple assignees when you create a job sheet, on the works order Schedule step, or in Advanced edit on the Office tab. Everyone assigned sees the job on Dashboard (today), the home screen widget, and Work Schedule when filtered to mine, and receives assignment and schedule pushes. The Job Sheets list shows all names (comma-separated). Office staff can assign jobs when booking; engineers see their run without digging through the whole company diary.
Seats and billing
Your JobSheet subscription includes the workspace admin. Extra staff seats are billed monthly per person on top (see Pricing on the homepage). Team members shows extra staff seats in use (for example 14 / 15) and Manage extra seats in Subscription. Office staff and the workspace admin can add a card, change add-ons, and open the billing portal. Field staff do not see Subscription. Workspace settings, branding, and transferring admin stay with the workspace admin. Super-admin promotions for extra seats are included in that extra-seat count (the higher of paid extras and the promotional allowance). See Manage subscription and billing.
