Your quote number and reference
Edit the QUO number JobSheet assigned, or add your own reference (for example your estimate number). Both appear on print and in quote exports.

Quote notes carry to the job sheet
When you confirm a quote, comments and attachments copy to the linked job sheet so field staff see the same context. Your reference copies to the job too.

Actual visit on the Job tab
Record start and finish times, hours on site, work done, and materials used in a dedicated section separate from team comments. Times can auto-fill when you start or finish the job.

Install JobSheet from the job screen
On iPhone, JobSheet can prompt sooner to add the app to your home screen when you open a job from the browser, so engineers find it without hunting in Safari menus.

Improvements and fixes
- Site address on job sheets keeps the full multi-line address when you pick a saved customer address, and asks for a postcode before save when you enter a custom site.
- Quote delete shows a clear message when a quote is linked to a job sheet, invoice, or revision, instead of a raw error.
