Connect your Stripe account

Workspace admins connect Stripe Express under Workspace → Online payments. Funds from customer card payments go to your Stripe balance and bank, separate from JobSheet subscription billing.

When an invoice is sent and the customer has an email, JobSheet creates a Payment Link on your connected account for the amount due (after credit notes). The customer link shows Pay now for open invoices.

Automatic mark paid

Stripe webhooks mark the invoice paid with gateway reference when payment succeeds. Void deactivates the pay link.

UK GBP

Card payments are GBP only. Bank transfer details on print views remain for customers who prefer BACS.
