How to download an invoice or quote PDF in JobSheet
Invoice PDF (server)
For sent or paid invoices, JobSheet can store a PDF when the invoice is issued or emailed.
- Open the invoice detail screen.
- Choose Download PDF (also available in the Print / PDF overlay).
- Your browser opens or saves the PDF file.
If Download PDF is not shown, the archive may not exist yet. Mark the invoice sent or email it to the customer first, then refresh the page.
Browser print (any document)
For draft invoices, credit notes, or quotes:
- Open the document detail screen.
- Choose Print / PDF.
- Use your browser Print and pick Save as PDF.
This uses the on-screen layout with your Workspace branding and bank details.
Tips
- Bank details and payment terms from Workspace appear on print and server PDFs.
- Proforma invoices follow the same print path; they are labelled as proforma on the document.
- Server quote PDFs are not available yet. Use browser print for quotes.
