How to understand customer email allowance in JobSheet

· Updated

What counts as one customer email

Each send or automatic reminder from JobSheet to a customer uses one email from your monthly allowance:

  • Email to customer on a quote or invoice
  • Works-order booking reply or paperwork pack email
  • Automatic invoice due reminder (before due or overdue chase)
  • Payment receipt email when enabled in Workspace

Team invite emails do not count. They are unlimited.

Where to see usage

  1. Open Workspace.

  1. Scroll to Notifications.
  2. Read the allowance bar: used / cap this month, with a breakdown of included emails, team bonus, and add-on packs.

The same allowance appears on Subscription when you manage billing.

How allowance is calculated

Your workspace gets a base included amount, plus bonus emails for each billed team member, plus any 1,000-email packs added to subscription. When you reach the cap, JobSheet blocks new customer sends until the next month or you add packs.

Tips

  • Turn on customer notifications before using email buttons or due reminders.
  • Due reminders are opt-in and off by default. Each reminder is one email.
  • If allowance runs low during a busy month, add email packs via Subscription or contact support.
