01 Quote and photograph

Price windows, unit swaps, ironmongery and disposal as separate lines. On site, photograph each opening and note any snag, so returns start with the facts.

02 Finish and invoice

Log your hours and the work carried out from the plot. The invoice is raised from the quote, so survey sheets do not need retyping.
Fit sheets that reach the invoice Install notes and survey sheets stay in the van while the invoice is typed up from a text. Mark the install done on site, and the office raises the invoice from the accepted quote, with the same customer, site and line items.

What JobSheet does not do for glaziers
