01 Quote and photograph
Quote the repair, photograph the leak
Price the call-out, PRV and expansion vessel, stopcock and cistern valves as separate lines. On site, add photos of the leak and the parts fitted to the job, so the agent has the evidence.

02 Finish and invoice
