01 Quote and photograph
Quote the hire, photograph the handover
Price delivery, weekly hire, adaptation lifts and inspection as separate lines. On site, add ground, pad and handover photos to the job, so any extra lift is already on record.
Extra lifts and adaptations on record The main contractor asks for two more lifts on the east elevation on the day, then disputes them when the invoice lands. Note the adaptation and add photos from your phone before you leave the pavement, so the extra is on the job when the office invoices.
02 Finish and invoice

Log hours and the work carried out from the pavement. The invoice is raised from the quote, with the hire period and extra lifts on the same job.
Hire periods that match the invoice Strike dates and machine collections live in the yard diary, and the invoice is built weeks later from memory. Mark the delivery, inspection or strike done on site, and the office invoices the hire period from the quote on the same job.

What JobSheet does not do for scaffolders
JobSheet does not produce scaffold designs, TG20 compliance sheets or inspection registers, and it does not manage pavement licences. Keep those in the process you already use. JobSheet holds everything around them: the customer, the diary, site contacts and gate codes, quotes, handover and inspection notes, photos and the invoice.
JobSheet does not send text messages to customers, and it has no fleet tracking or live van map. Offline use on site is limited to jobs already loaded on your phone and notes that sync when you are back online.
