Workspace catalog
The workspace admin maintains a price book of descriptions, default quantities, unit prices, optional SKU and category, and default VAT rates when UK VAT is on.
Faster line entry
On quotes and invoices, the Line items section shows Add blank line and From price book (when your workspace has catalog items). There is no pre-filled empty row — pick one of those options to add your first line, or use the same controls below existing rows to add more. From price book fills description, quantity, unit price, and VAT from the saved item.
Recent line suggestions
JobSheet may suggest recent line descriptions from the same customer’s past invoices without storing them in the catalog.
Owner-only management
Only the workspace admin edits the price book in Workspace. Staff use the picker when creating documents.
