JobSheet does not email PDF attachments automatically. Email sends an HTML summary when customer notifications are on; attach the PDF yourself if the customer needs a file.

Tips

  • VAT lines and totals follow your Workspace → UK VAT settings.
  • If the site address is the same as the customer address, the printout does not repeat a Site line.
  • For invoices, the same Print / PDF button is on the invoice detail screen.
