01 Quote and photograph
Quote the wall, photograph the courses
Price the take-down, rebuild, piers and DPC as separate lines. On site, add photos of the footings, courses and lintels to the job before they are covered.
Lintels and DPC on record The builder queries a lintel bearing or a missing DPC weeks later, and nobody photographed it before the next course went on. Photograph the DPC, the lintel bearings and the gauge rod before you build over them, so the proof is on the job from your phone.
02 Finish and invoice
Mark it done, then invoice it
Log your hours and the work carried out from site. The invoice is raised from the quote, with the agreed rates and the site on the same job.

Offline use on site is limited to jobs already loaded on your phone and notes that sync when you are back online, so new customers, quotes and photo uploads still need a signal on a plot with poor coverage.
