01 Quote and photograph
Quote the run, photograph the bed
Price the dig, pipe, chambers and backfill as separate lines. On site, add photos of the pipe bed, falls and chambers to the job before you cover them.

02 Finish and invoice

Keep those in the method you already use, and note the readings and inspection dates on the job. Use JobSheet for everything around the work: the customer, the diary, the quote, site and plant notes, photos and the invoice.
Offline use on site is limited to jobs already loaded on your phone and notes that sync when you are back online, so new customers, quotes and photo uploads still need a signal in a trench with poor coverage.
