Field staff and office staff roles
Invite engineers as field staff so they see jobs and schedule without quotes, invoices, or pricing. Office staff keep full commercial access. Change roles anytime from Workspace.

Recurring job sheets
Set Repeat when creating a job sheet for regular visits (daily, weekly, or monthly). Each occurrence is its own job on Work Schedule with its own status, notes, and photos.

Printable job sheets with QR codes
Print a van-friendly job sheet from the Office tab. Workspace controls which sections appear, optional footer text, and an optional QR code that opens the job in the app.

Xero integration
Enable the Xero add-on, connect your organisation, and post completed jobs as draft sales invoices in Xero for review before you send them. JobSheet invoicing and CSV export stay available.

Improvements and fixes
- Help panel no longer blocks the sidebar — you can navigate while in-app help is open on desktop.
- Job detail loading — comments and files show a loading state instead of flashing empty before data arrives.
- Reports empty periods — when This month has no activity, the page suggests trying All time or a wider range.
- General stability — assorted polish from live testing and customer feedback.
