How to add your signature to quotes and invoices in JobSheet

Before you start

  • Workspace admin access.
  • A clear signature image (PNG or JPEG works best).

Add your signature

  1. Open Workspace.
  2. Find Document signature (or Owner signature under branding or documents settings).
  3. Upload your signature image.
  4. Choose Save workspace.

Your signature appears on print views and server PDFs that support the owner signature block.

Tips

  • Use a transparent PNG on a white background for best results on PDFs.
  • Updating the signature does not re-sign old archived PDFs automatically.
  • Customer signatures on quotes are separate. See Get customer signature on a quote.
