How to set up custom branding in JobSheet

Before you start

Custom branding is a paid monthly add-on on your subscription. Only the workspace admin can enable it and edit branding fields.

  1. Open Subscription.
  2. Under Plan & add-ons, set Custom branding to Yes.
  3. Choose Upgrade subscription or Update subscription and complete Stripe checkout if prompted.

Set colours, logo, and icon

  1. Open Workspace and scroll to Branding.
  2. Set Primary colour, Secondary colour, and optional Menu colour (hex values or the colour picker).
  3. Under Logo, choose Add image or Replace image (PNG, JPEG, or WebP). Logo saves immediately when uploaded.
  4. Under Home-screen icon, upload a square PNG or JPEG for installed PWAs on engineers’ phones. Icon saves immediately when uploaded.
  5. Choose Save workspace for colour changes.

After you publish branding

  • The sidebar shows your logo and company name when a logo is set.
  • Engineers may need to remove and re-add Add to Home Screen on some phones to pick up a new icon.
  • Each team member still chooses light or dark mode in Your account → Appearance. Brand colours apply in both themes.
